BoostAware is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to services will cease, and any outstanding fees remain due.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
